TO PURCHASE TICKETS AS A GIFT:

First, we suggest purchasing gift tickets separately from one’s own ticket. Then at checkout, provide the email of the gift recipient. The confirmation email will then go to that individual immediately. Make sure to save the username and password you created and send to the recipient of the gift.

TO ACCESS THE SHOW:

As soon as your purchase is complete through the online Squarespace store, you will be sent an email from Squarespace/Andrew Peterson (the streaming platform) with access instructions for the stream. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you did not receive it immediately. Make sure to verify your email address using the email sent to the purchasing email.

Alternatively, anyone who has purchased a ticket can also watch the show by logging into your account on Andrew Peterson’s website with the purchase email address. Go to Andrew-Peterson.com, and click “Sign In” on the top right corner. The show will be visible under the “My Products” section once logged in. If you need additional assistance, please complete this form and our team can get you squared away.

Forgot Password? The login portal will give you the ability to click “forgot password” and reset your password using the email you signed up with. If the portal is automatically filling in your email, click “not you” at the bottom, which will bring up the “forgot password” option.

Do I have to watch the entire thing on the night of December 14th?
No, the entire show will be available to watch on demand until 11:59pm central time on January 31st, 2025. You can watch in segments, or in full as many times as you’d like.

What does a single ticket cover?
A single ticket purchase allows for a household to watch the show. If you have a group that would like to watch, please look at the Congregation/Group license options.

Can you help me stream this to my Smart TV or other devices?
Unfortunately, due to variety of technology and devices, our team is not able to provide support in connecting your streaming window to another device. We have heard feedback that the most reliable way to do this is using an HDMI cord.

Do we need to have a specific internet speed?
Vimeo, our streaming partner requires a minimum download speed of 6 megabits per second (Mbps) to view a show. To test your speed, follow these instructions:

• Step 1: Visit www.speedtest.net

• Step 2: Press "GO"

• Once your internet connection has been tested, you will be able to see three metrics – Ping, Download and Upload. Confirm that your download speed is at least 6 Mbps.

CHURCH/GROUP LICENSE FAQ:

How does this work?
Churches and groups who want to play the concert for congregants in a single gathering can do so by purchasing a group license. Purchase your license by visiting the product page here.

Which level do I choose?
Choose the level that will fit the amount of households watching from a single location. This can include multiple campuses or rooms across one church.

What if there isn’t a license that fits our exact group size?
If you are between license groups or have a household count above 500, please complete this form.

How will we get access?
If you are streaming in one location, simply use the email provided to login to your account and stream from there.

Do I need to have another license or other permissions to play this in my church?
No, simply purchasing this license will provide all the licensing and permissions needed.

Do you have marketing materials available?
Yes. After you’ve placed your order, please complete this form for promotional materials.

The show is too late/too early for our congregation due to our time zone or this night won’t work for us. Will the entire show be available for us to stream as a congregation at a later date?
The entire show will be available until 11:59 central on January 31st, 2025 and you can watch it as many times as you’d like until then. The show will live in an embedded player and you can pause/skip as desired. Many find that they’d prefer to show just the second half to their congregations, in which case, we suggest planning a later viewing.

Can you explain how the livestream will work technically?
The livestream is hosted via an embed on a web page. If playing the concert in person, your tech team will need to configure your system such that the browser with the embedded video will play on your screens and through your sound system.
